| Our Kick’n Cardio is a cardio vascular program that will have you “sweating and smiling” as you workout with martial arts based exercises The routines are designed to shape and tone all parts of the body, as well as introduce you to some basic self defense techniques. The fun and challenging combination of martial arts and aerobic movements builds coordination, stamina and confidence. Each participant works at his or her own pace.All ages and levels of fitness are welcome. |
